Her power comes from everybody else, though, her husband, her father, her son...It's hard to consider her on the same level as someone like Dany.

She is motivated by pride, greed and fear, but she is not weak.

I see Cersei as a strong character who will do everything in her power to protect her children and as someone who is afraid to be left behind by those precious few she loves

Also weak? The woman survives years of different forms of abuse at the hands of her husband, sexism in her own family, being used as a broodmare, sexual humiliation in front of the whole city. I'd love to see y'all do that. How on Dany is more powerful when they've faced similar abuse and both turned dark is beyond me. Dany's power absolutely comes from other people too. What a weird thing to say. Cersei isn't *given* choices to rake much power elsewhere. Because she's female. That's kind of why she's so angry.
