Sociologists say that dem religions are just man-made stuff to fill in the gaps.
But don't get me wrong, I'm also a frustrated theologian.

Atheists will never know where are they going, until they stare hard at the sun they call "truth".

Atheists??? Oh, guess that i haven't introduced myself: I'm an atheist, actually I'm just only one of one billion atheists who are living and billions of who are dead. You guys can say whatever you believe as facts, shove your religion on atheists's throats and even use "hell" as a threat for "atheism" without any evidence so all the things we do is only to dismiss it without evidence. I'm not afraid of "hell" not because only I don't believe in after-life, its also because of the knowledge you may not know and realize that there is a redshift light of nothingness, destroys everything on its way, is coming to earth, and the fact that the sun will be exploded in one day,when that happens, there wouldn't be any light for us anymore.
You have faith and I have reason, that's all I want to say.

And why I don't believe in in after-life? I'll answer if you ask me XD

^ I watched something on History Channel last night that stuck to me. The program was called, The Gates of Hell. It said that, the only way to escape Hell is through Grace. And Grace can only be given by God. Grace is something that you receive, but don't really deserve. Thus proves that we are all worthy of Hell. It is God's choice, if you go to Heaven or burn in Hell.
If you ever make a pact with Satan, the cost is your soul. If you ever want to have supernatural powers, you have to make a deal with Satan, but of course, when you die, you go to Hell.
Hell is a real place. People are burning in Hell right now. We are all worthy of going down and burning in the flames of a place, called Hell.

Life is Purgatory itself if you ask me.

^^ Yep, fire burns without oxygen is logical. Thinking without brain is also logical. Let us think about "death" this way: our sleeps (not joking). Its how it feel like when you put your concious to rest. Nothing!!! Ya know, we always put our consiousnesses to rest when we live but after death, we expect it to work for eternity, without resting... for me, thats illogical

@Antagonizer: the sun burns... and there is no Oxygen... and people can dream when asleep... not to mention they have some control of there body even if it's not known to them... (aka sleep walking and stuff). those of us who truly believe in god should fear not... god will look after his flock... for he is a shepherd... and shall guide us to the gates... our consciousness is something that will exist after we are dead... but not our physical consciousness... it is our spiritual consciousness (aka our souls). you may not believe this... i honestly doubt you will ever believe this... but the truth shall be found after your death... you're my friend, and i hope that you figure this out before you die...
