I think it just depends on the individual. I rarely get butterflies at all, about guys یا any other situation. Some people get them a lot. I think its مزید nerves than fear. You're nervous about saying something silly یا not making a good impression. I guess آپ could substitute nerves with fear, but I prefer the former.
I don't think feeling butterflies یا not has anything to do with if the guy is right for you.
