i need a help,or just answer.... plz

i will beat my body when i get angry,sad,same, یا tired,
no one understand me.non my friends, boyfriends, parent یا people araund me..
i always wonder how is feel when i standing at سب, سب سے اوپر of building and jump down.
is it crazy یا i realy need consull with someone.your answer maybe help me...

Yeah, i think thatt talking it out often helps;D i think آپ should just try to work on it l;D i really hope my advice helps :D
