Does anyone know how to create the سب, سب سے اوپر model makeover set , and add سب, سب سے اوپر models from different cycles?

If so I wanted like a سب, سب سے اوپر model fantasy تصویر lol. I want a pic like the one above with all of my fave سب, سب سے اوپر models in it. I'd appreciate it if someone could create it for me, یا tell me how to do it.
