Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that عملی حکمت یا manga is only manga یا عملی حکمت IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of manga artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
آپ could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

آپ can make the english version then the japanese version but آپ cannot make an عملی حکمت without the japanese version because عملی حکمت is a japanese اندازی حرکت so is manga (and آپ dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn مزید languages that is good so if آپ would like to make an عملی حکمت یا manga translate it on google translate یا any translation website)
