Course Rozen Maiden is مزید serious than funny...

Fruits basket. The manga has مزید romance than the عملی حکمت but the عملی حکمت goes into further details.

Shuffle! May have some perverted parts but it is amazing.

Vampire Knight. Has some funny parts to it and contains some dark themes

Mermaid Melody I recommend. But then, I'm sooooooo addicted...

It's about Mermaid Princesses who sing to save the world and let true friendship prevail and forbidden love between human and mermaid. Very funny. Highly recommend.
