Help me figure out an anime? :)

My friend is trying to figure out what the name of an عملی حکمت was that she watched as a child.
This is the only thing she remembered about it

Blue Sky
Boy and Girl
Trains
Jumping on and off Trains
in town
Boy walking away from Girl on yellow ground
Green bushes and walls in backround"
