I actually haven't read that far into the manga but I have heard that about her from a friend who has read further. Admittedly her English voice is like nails on a chalkboard for me but . . . Even in the anime, yes, it is very obvious how much she cares for Ciel. :)

When I read that part in the manga, I was O.O. Lizzy actually became awesome.
