It's tough cause I've already seen most of yours یا ones already posted. I'm not sure if any of these are what آپ are looking for but might as well give آپ some options:

Lovely Complex- مزید of a comedic romance but it has its cute moments

Fruits Basket- Not that overly sweet یا sad but it has some moments. And might be too comedic

Natsume Yuujinchou- This is not short, several seasons long and it has it's adventure moments but man most episodes hit آپ right in the heart. It's not a romance though. But it's one of the sweetest animes out there. Slow paced عملی حکمت without being boring. It is my number one پسندیدہ anime

Otome Youkai Zakuro- Once again, just has its cute moments. But مجموعی طور پر there is mainly action and is prob the least feely عملی حکمت on my list. But it has one of the sweetest couples Susukihotaru & Riken (but they are a minor couple)



Song is one of Natsume Yuujinchou's endings. It's just so pretty
