Do آپ know this anime?

i hava a سوال i ever had seen a part of an عملی حکمت but i dont know what عملی حکمت that is, maybe آپ know: It begins with a girl sitting in a taxi looking out the window than the taxi stops and the taxi driver opens the car trunk. When he wants to take out the suitcase of the girl it opens and there are guns and boms یا something inside it.... ^^
