I am both blown away and disturbed after watching this episode. I just completed watching it last night and needed a دن to digest it and honestly, I couldn’t quite put my finger on why am I feeling like I do now. Something from the episode stirred me. Disturbed my inner self and got my emotions all whacky. I need help ladies … really do but before that, let me justify on the episode first.

The episode was AWESOME! Whoever the writer was needs to get مزید episodes to write. Brilliantly written piece of work. Everything was like what I had expected it to be. I chose to insert my تبصرے here instead in the one Nanna گیا کیا پوسٹ earlier because my emotions are running high at the moment and i tend to write a lot. I feared for the space. Besides I need assurances from all of you. Correct me if I am wrong, forgive me if I had offended and شامل میں me if we are on the same bandwagon. But help me out!

1.I was تقسیم, الگ کریں for choice between hating and loving Arthur here. In the first half I hated him to the core (sorry Joppa). SO much that I just wanted to slap him. How can he اقدام on? I bet a lot would beg to differ here; yes he is the king and doing it for the sake of the kingdom but the moment he saw the princess, the spark was there. He was smitten سے طرف کی her. Well who wouldn’t after all she is pretty BUT he was supposed to be in love with Guinevere!! He banished Gwen because he couldn’t watch her die. That’s love talking. He was all sad and hurt in episode 10 because he couldn’t forget her. That’s love to me. And when he mentions to Merlin not to speak of Gwen’s name but he says it faster than he could say his own, hell that’s love to me!! So, how can he deny he isn’t thinking about Gwen when all he does it that. It was obvious for even a blind man to see that his love for Gwen is still fresh, just like the first دن he met her and yet he’s doing all he can to deny that! Barking at Merlin is one way of getting his frustrations out but all he ends up with is مزید frustrations because her memory is far too vivid to be cleared out.

2.And speaking of betrayal, he still thinks Gwen cheated him. Hate me all آپ want here but I think he was cheating her as well. The look he gave Mithian کہا it all. There was spark, chemistry and for a while he seemed drawn to her. He hardly knew her yet he could give her that LOOK! Gwen wasn’t around, fine but wasn’t her memory still fresh in him. It’s like his دل suddenly decided to take a new turn and divert its attention to this beautiful princess. So if he could do that to someone he just met, he shouldn’t be blaming Gwen for having her attention turned سے طرف کی Lancelot, whom she was once was linked with!! ONCE but not anymore. He should analyse that situation with his and سوال why is he not standing on same the plank like she is and be punished as well. I know this isn’t going to go down well with everyone, but I still think its unfair on Gwen’s behalf. She is punished and he gets away easily.

3.But thankfully, Arthur redeems himself in the سیکنڈ half. The ring, coincidentally helped سے طرف کی Morgana plays a significant role in helping him reaching back to his one true love. The moment he spots the ring, the look was there for everyone to realise that this woman is the one for him, enough said. Nothing could break the love these two have formed over the years. Arthur was quick to banish her, who wouldn’t when he was being poisoned سے طرف کی Aggy but at the forest, with the ring in his hand his love for her comes rushing back. The accusation and betrayal is quickly forgotten. Gwen was all that mattered to him, everything else is dealt later. I loved that moment. He was back in my good books. Best he made that decision on his own.

4.His moment with Merlin too seems to be of love and hate relationship. His constant yell and bark at Merlin points out his frustration with the loss of Gwen and yet it was Merlin whom he turns to finally because there isn’t anyone else he trusts more. The scenes where both Arthur and Merlin were trying to humiliate one another were excellent. Merlin trying to do all he can to embarrass Arthur only to find it was helping Mithian and Arthur get closer, the picnic scene where Arthur punishes Merlin because the latter objects the relationship strongly was both exhilarating and meaningful in developing their friendship. But it was the دل to دل talk in the final scenes that blew me away. Arthur finding solace in Merlin’s wisdom and asking his opinion is … whew! I’m thrilled with the way their friendship have taken the route and rooting for مزید scenes like this. Merlin’s words were extraordinary … like someone pointed out; it was like Gwen speaking through Merlin. Bravo!

5.Merlin and Gwen’s scene was so sad yet touching. I really liked the way it was played out and the moment of sadness these two brought on screen was … I was all teary during that scene. Merlin looking out for the injured deer, finding Gwen in the forest, healing her, staying with her all night and asking her to come back with him … such a sad but poignant scene which captured the essence of friendship of these two souls. We need مزید scenes of these two!

6.Speaking of Merlin, I never did doubt him and I like him so much here. Right from the fake smile and clap he gives in the تخت room, the disapproval of Arthur’s relationship with Mithian, the deer scene, the BFF with Gwen until the final teary moment with Arthur is … OMG, they were all brilliant. I loved it and I want more! He is definitely an Arwen shipper … afterall; he made that happen didn’t he?

7.Mithian, well I want to hate her yet I liked her but I still hate her for coming in between Arthur and Gwen, but oh … god! She was so nice. Why does she have to be so nice? Oh what the hell … I like her!

8.Finally the reunion everyone was looking for yet didn’t happen. I for one seem happy it didn’t get rushed. I wanted the reunion to be gradually done and I think the writers are having the same thoughts too. Arthur and Gwen’s love were built سے طرف کی the trust and understanding they have for each other over the years. To have such strong bond broken سے طرف کی a mere act of jealousy and enchantment didn’t just break their hearts but ours as well. And the crack it left wasn’t one easily mended. Apologies and quick make up kiss will not make up for the hurt and pain these two are going through. It needs a stronger potion than that and time is one such potion. Rushing up matters will not solve anything, though it will bring them together, the hurt and doubt will always be part of their later arguments. We wouldn’t want that do we? These two needs to get their matter settled once and for all because they’re destined for a love ever after. Patience is a virtue. Oh, and I want Arthur to learn of the enchantment and bracelet thing from Morgana himself. It really would play a heavier part in his reunion with Gwen later.

Things that bothered me:
1.Arthur’s constant use of the word betrayal for Gwen. Come on Arthur! She betrayed you? Think again. یا allow me refresh your memories. Lancelot had been staying at Camelot for almost a سال and both he and Gwen didn’t have any attraction then, why would they suddenly have one a دن before the wedding? Fishy isn’t it? Well, آپ should investigate on that Arthur before jumping into any sort of conclusion. Please put on your thinking ٹوپی and think for once یا allow Merlin to do that for you.

2.And speaking of betrayal, what were آپ doing with Mithian whilst Gwen’s memory is still fresh in your mind?

3.Arthur’s trust in Agravaine. It’s really baffling to see how much Arthur trusts his dear uncle. How much he knew about his uncle for putting his trust in him? How many times has Agravaine visited Arthur when the latter was a kid? Why didn’t we see Aggy in Camelot when Uther was alive and king? And Arthur should know better than to trust family members after what happened with Morgana!

4.Arthur threatening to exile Merlin twice for speaking against him when it concerns Aggy. Really Arthur? You’re already lost without Gwen now آپ want Merlin to شامل میں her as well? Aggy and your sister would definitely love that, wouldn’t they?

Well, there آپ go now. My thoughts یا rants یا whatever آپ ladies think this is. I love this episode, don’t get me wrong but I was also disturbed سے طرف کی the whole betrayal scene. I know it was played out to allow us feel the connection of the pain and hurt these two feels yet, I am disturbed. Should I be feeling so? Help me guys … I have been down all دن and could use some assurances that it’ll be good. Perhaps the scene where both arthur and gwen are hurt and forlorn nailed me so bad that it reminded me of mine own.

Oh … as for اگلے episode, don’t worry if آپ don’t see Gwen in the teaser. I think this is how it was meant to be played out. Gwen will be rescued سے طرف کی Tristan and Isolde and she will شامل میں them both in the quest. Arthur gets injured and chased out from his own palace and flee along with the other knights. They end up in Ealdor and guess who nurses him back to health, Gwen!! Well in the original legends, when Arthur gets seriously wounded it was Guinevere who nurses him back to health. And this is how Arthur and Gwen will reconcile and reunite. And finally excalibur. Then … well, we know the rest don’t we?

Thank آپ Nanna .. آپ inspire me.

Morgana clears her throat to gain the attention of both Arthur and Gwen. Gwen drops Arthur’s hand and smiles sheepishly at Morgana. Her friend smiles back, in tease.
“Who is it Guinevere?” Arthur asks, his expression startled. Gwen opens her mouth.
“It’s me… Morgana,” Morgana says immediately, cutting Gwen first.
“Ah, Morgana,” Arthur smiles in relief. “I was scared for a while there,” he adds.
    “Whom آپ expecting?”
    “Merlin,”...

“Guinevere?” Arthur is both surprised and happy to hear the voice. He didn’t expect to hear it here and so soon. He must be dreaming.
Gwen looks beyond Arthur at Merlin and the latter just squares his shoulder, urging Gwen to carry on. Gwen looks backs at Arthur. “What are آپ doing here, Arthur?” she asks calmly, her voice in devoid of any emotion.
“This is Merlin’s idea… ask him. He کہا he was taking me shopping,” Arthur جوابات with a laugh. “By the way, it’s really آپ isn’t it? I was right...

Morgana paces the tiled floor of the Emergency Department, tense. Arms carelessly hanging loose سے طرف کی her side, lips mumbling to herself, eyes focused on the floor, she casts a sight of a forlorn figure. Gwen, who sits opposite her, looks worried watching her friend in such a state. She hates herself for what has happened. They wouldn’t be here, Morgana wouldn’t be in trouble, and Arthur wouldn’t have got knocked down if it wasn’t for her. If only she had kept her teasing until they have reached the restaurant. What was she thinking? Why did she do it? Gwen...

Tristan and Isolt's conflict of love and loyalty is one of the classic tales of Western literature; in the Arthurian tradition, their tragic tragectory rivals and complements that of Lancelot and Guinevere. The basic story is one of mis-directed love: Tristan, the heroic nephew of King Mark of Cornwall, is sent to Ireland to escort the Irish king's daughter, the beautiful Isolt, to Cornwall to become his uncle's bride. In most versions, it is during the return voyage that Tristan and Isolt accidentally consume a love potion (meant to ensure Isolt's happiness with Mark) together, and fall in...

Back in the castle, Arthur has pried himself away from Guinevere’s side to attend to his own matters, leaving her alone to get settled in. She has been puttering around the room, putting things away, setting something here, then moving it there.
The door suddenly opens and Merlin comes striding in, candlestick in hand.
“Your trinket, my lady,” he teases, presenting it to her across his forearm with a bow. She laughs and says, “Thank you, my lord,” and takes it. She carries it over to the بستر and places...

Elyan turns, takes a bite of his سیب, ایپل and picks up a تھیلے, جزدان he has brought that has been sitting in the cart. He walks into his sister’s house, followed سے طرف کی Merlin. Arthur also walks toward the house, but stops in front of Gwen, who is holding his apple. She is still smiling, with a loving glow in her eyes as she watches him approach.
“You are a wonderful man,” she says, holding the سیب, ایپل out for him.
“Everyone deserves a chance,” he replies. They are now both holding the apple. Gwen leans closer, rises...

A Servant of Two Masters- Review

OMG!! What can I say? Lucy Watkins needs to write مزید episodes! From the intriguing عنوان to the first trailer we saw last week we knew this was going to be completely amazing, and it was with brilliant acting from everyone and hilarious comedy!

Things I LOVED:

•Gwen- c’mon, آپ knew I was gonna say that! I loved how she and Gaius were like the temporary Camelot Detective Agency while Merlin was being all clumsy badass – and the JUGS!! I laughed so much when she knocked Merlin out twice and his face went all dopey! Plus her scene with about-to-have-a-bath...

Arthur steps out into the cool morning air. He looks over at his two companions. Merlin is sitting on the edge of the کی ٹوکری, رکن کی نمائندہ looking up at the sky and Elyan is lying in the cart, apparently dozing.
“Guinevere’s sent some breakfast,” Arthur says as he walks over and plunks the basket down اگلے to Elyan’s head, causing him to jump. Merlin laughs, then notices Arthur’s somewhat haunted demeanor.
    “Something wrong?” he asks.
“Hmm?” جوابات Arthur, still distracted سے طرف کی حالیہ memories....

“Unlike most fans, I actually haven’t objected to the lack of magic reveal. In fact, I like it a lot because of what it does for Arthur’s character. It’s easy to be frustrated with him as a viewer, because why is he such a dick? Doesn’t he know how much Merlin does for him? But the answer, آپ have to remember, is no. We as viewers know everything that goes on. Arthur knows اگلے to nothing. Purely from his point of view, Merlin should have been gone a long time ago. Without his magic, as we have recently seen, Merlin is fairly useless as anything except someone who tends to recklessly...

"With All My Heart"

When آپ touch me like this
And when آپ hold me like that
It was gone with the wind
But it's all coming back to me
When آپ see me like this
And when I see آپ like that
Then we see what we want to see
All coming back to me
The flesh and the fantasies
All coming back to me
I can barely recall
But it's all coming back to me now

It’s going to all come back to her, guys. I don’t know exactly what he’s going to do to bring it back, but he is. He’s going to make her remember what they’ve had together; he’s going to make her remember what he is to her. He’s going to make her...

Smiling, he turns around and walks back to his bed, picking up the socks before sitting down at the edge of the bed, resting one foot across his knee as he slides his socks on. Someone knocks at the door. Arthur looks up to see Uther standing سے طرف کی the door, smiling at him. There is a box in his hand.

Gwen waits patiently as Reagan, Arthur’s lawyer, reads the letter دیا سے طرف کی Arthur through Gwen. Reagan is a man in his late fifties but he hardly looks his age. If Gwen didn’t know anything about him, she would have thought him to be in his forties. With his receding hairline, spectacles on the bridge of his nose and graying moustache he paints the portrait of a man who takes his works quite seriously indeed. He hardly looked at her as his eyes were busy reading the lines of the letter and the only time he actually looked at her was to cough and then that was...
