Can I still be SPIRITUAL without religion?
Some people don't understand how one can have spirituality without a belief in a god but the two do not need to be related. Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, is considered to be one of the most spiritual figures in human history. Buddha never expressed یا supported a belief in a god. He even discouraged his followers from such speculation, preferring that they work on their salvation in this world.
