period problems.

آپ can feel horrible up to a week before. All normal, I know highly annoying but human bodies can be. Depending on when آپ started it can take a while to settle down. I started mine when I was 15 I am now 36 and even now it can change what it does especially if I am nervous یا worried about something. But dont panic it will appear in the اگلے few days.
