The skin has a very thin outer layer called the stratum corneum. It's composed of a layer of dead skin cells. It's needed to protect the underlying layers which contain all the vitamins, lipids, and living cells. When آپ bathe so much, you're washing this outer layer off. Without the stratum corneum, آپ have less protection from sun rays and normally harmless airborne bacteria.
