I know It's hyprocritical of me to write this مضمون but I wanted to tell آپ guys not to self harm.
When آپ first start cutting it may help آپ deal with your problems but in the long run it will just make your problems worse.
آپ get addicted and not be able to stop یا find it very hard. Also آپ will find ways to hurt yourself with normal everyday things (I once cut myself on the edge of my bed....)
Your not hurting yourself your also hurting people who love you, what do آپ think they will think if they find out?
It's only so long till people start getting suspicious about why آپ have scars/cuts on آپ arm unless آپ where long sleeves which is hard in Summer.
آپ will regret it.
Please don't make the mistakes I have.
Please don't do the things I regret.
