Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have been dating since the end of 2007. The couple have known each other since they were 12 years old, and since they started working together...they just can't get enough of each other. Although they havn't moved in together they were spotted a lot in 2008-2009 but not as much now. Rumour has it that Blake hooked up with their Gossip Girl co-star Chace Crawford, every one thought it was a load of rubbish...but now it could be a possibility. Penn and Blake were spotted together in Dec 09 and then again in Jan 2010...but thats the last we have saw them together so far. On February the 7th 2010, Chace,Ed and Jessica flew out to take part in the Celeb ساحل سمندر, بیچ bowl in Miami along with Kellan Luntz, Audrina Partrige, Taylor Lautner, Eric (chace's manager)etc. But what we didn't get was why was Blake there?
