Arc One: Aizen: The Beginning of the End

The beginning of this RP accounts for Aizen's disappearance from the Maggot's Nest and back to Hueco Mundo. Sosuke Aizen is planning to take over the Soul Society once more, by creating another Arrancar army. In reality, his goal is to steal the Ouken and use it to achieve passage into the Soul-King's dimension. Once again, the Soul Society are destined to try and stop him, lead by Captain-Commander Hitsugaya and the other 12 Captains. The appearance of a strange man, who saved a Seated officer, was to be their salvation... He was powerful, enough so to kill an Arrancar and then, later, an Espada. But, they learned that the name of his Zanpakuto was akin to that of a God.

Arc Two: Soul Society: The God's Realm.

The second is about the pseudo-shinigami, women and men with powers similar to Raijin's, where they each possess the capability of using these 'God-like' powers. Unfortunately, their existence has attracted the attention of a group of 'Radical' Gods, that believe existence of the pseudo-shinigami is unwarranted and wish to cleanse the Universe of them. The Radicals are lead by Ajisukitakahikone, Raijin's God, and the reason for his Zanpakutou's existence; Ajisukitakahikone had spent so much of his life feeling unloved by his father and brother, that he and Takemikazuchi, his other brother, decided to form a group of Gods to rebel against the other Gods.

Arc Three: Aizen: Revenge.

Aizen is planning to destroy the Soul-King's dimension and eradicate the Soul Society from existence. Only Raijin Masamune, with the help of the Gotei 13, can stop this from happening. All of their efforts are now focused on apprehending and executing Sosuke Aizen for good. With the help of each of the divisions among the Gotei 13, everyone is now underway to learn more about Aizen's activities and find information taht will conclude what his plan to enter the Soul Society is.

Filler Arc: The Kasumioji clan are being manipulated from within by a man with a powerful intellect and a major hatred of the Shinigami from the Seireitei. While this is going on, the other noble houses are protecting the existence of the Diadem, a powerful artifact, that could possess the secret of Kido and knowledge of Futo Minoriko, the first person to develop Kido. Together these two occurences will shape a new destiny for the Soul Society.

[Just to make a note, but the Third Arc will be Aizen's dramatic return... It will be called Aizen: Revenge Arc. Should be interesting. XD]

Rules

1. In a battle, there are to be no cheap shots that result in a one-hit kill.

2. No ridiculous over-powering of characters and abilities, otherwise there is no point in having a fair RP.

3. Play fair.

4. If you want to be a Visored, then you really have to spin me an exceptionally good story of how it occured and it really has to believable, otherwise I'll tell you to get naffed.

5. If you want to leave the RP for good, or you anticipate being away for a few days, try and work it into the story.

6. Follow my rules, otherwise I'll ask you to leave.

7. No trolls! I hate people who go on forums just make a nuisance of themselves. If you do that on here, I'll get rather annoyed and ask you UNKINDLY to leave.

8. If someone is going to be away for more than two days and cannot post, then we skip their turn and they get to post on their next turn. This is to make sure the forum doesn't get held up too much. We still have a fair bit of stuff to cover and I'd appreciate some good stuff coming in consistently XD. But, seriously, this will help keep the forum up and running. Cheers everyone :)

Aion's reiatsu flares with rage melting the ice shards in their tracks.

Aion: I'm done with this game.

His reiatsu flares even more consuming the commander.

Toshiro: (thinking)~What the hell is going on this power is unbelievable. I better end this now or this fight will get out of hand~

Suddenly the reiatsu explodes around Aion blowing Toshiro back. Aion appears from the blast with two glittering wings with a claymore in his hand.

Aion:Commander I confine you to the same fate as your ancestors did us. ROYAL SEAL.

The wings on Aions back disperse in to millions of lights surrounding the shinigami. The begin to turn black and consume him. The blackness forms an orb and explodes into a million lights. Walks away from where the battle took place.

Raijin: Wait. The Captain-Commander wouldn't fall for something like that. I don't know him well, but if he was chosen to be Captain-Commander, then you must trust in him. Lets go.

Renji: Raijin is right. Lets go help the Captains.

Before he could walk more than a few paces, pillars of ice sprang into existence around Aion. He took a half step back, confused. They quickly began to rotate around him, spinning in an array of frozen air.

Toshiro: Sennen Hyōrō.

Aion didn’t have time to locate the source of his opponent’s shout. The pillars crashed down on top of him in a tremendous wall of shimmering, frozen fury. Hitsugaya stood a good distance away from the black orb his opponent had created, unharmed and unperturbed by the attack.

After a few seconds, light began to seep through the ice in small cracks, expanding them into large holes in the wall of ice as the whole structure began to collapse under their heat and pressure. Aion stood in the midst of the falling, melting shards of ice, several large bruises a sheen of ice half covering his bodies.

Aion spoke through clenched teeth: H…how?!

Toshiro: Zanhyō Ningyō. I didn’t expect to have to use it so early, but you gave me little choice. I can’t allow myself to be confined by the likes of you.

Aion merely grimaced at the charge, preparing another trap for the captain commander. Toshiro would have none of it.

Toshiro: Guncho Tsurara!

The water in the air around him froze in an instant, ice daggers flying towards their target in a flurry of snow. Aion immediately moved to melt them, only to come face to face with the man himself soaring behind them on wings of ice. Toshiro lashed out, stabbing towards his abdomen, leaving Aion barely enough time to get a gash across his right side. Aion quickly moved out of the way of a follow up strike, distancing himself from his opponent.

Toshiro: Perhaps now, you’ll learn not to turn your back on me.

Here's the 9th Squad Captain guys, as well as her blade. As with the 13th, you'll get a bit of an intro to her later.

Appearance/Personality: Her eyes are heavily lidded at almost all times, making her always appear as though she’s falling asleep. She is actually very driven, though she doesn’t tend to look very serious. Her long black hair comes down in 2 braids to her knees, each braid with a golden streak down the middle. Olive skinned, she tends to wear clothing with a deep neckline that plunges down just enough to reveal her belly button, though the line itself is thin enough to not reveal much cleavage. Despite her short stature, she exerts a tremendous strength that often defies expectations. She also has a lofty intellect, utilizing a large amount of deductive reasoning and logic in her fights.

Shikai Appearance: In its unreleased state, it’s a relatively normal katana, 4 feet in length, with a dark steel metallic hilt. When it releases, the blade thickens and extends, gaining dense metal weight as it does. It becomes 6 feet in length from hilt to tip, the blade itself is 1 foot wide, and 4 inches thick at its thickest point. It’s curved slightly at the end, leading to one edge extending the full length straight, whereas the other is curved over the last 5 inches. Along the straight edge, a series of vents exists on both sides of the blade, flush with the surface. The hilt is 4 inches thick, and extends out just an inch beyond the blade on both sides.

Shouma Suraisu (Abrasion Slice) – The blade begins to release an aura around it. The aura is a high friction zone, making it very difficult to move through it. What that means is that as long as the aura is active, the blade will almost never cut, but more act as a defense by slowing down enemy thrusts. This friction applies to anything around or inside the blade.

Sou Kusuri (Explosive Charge) – Electric charges, which have no effect by themselves beyond light irritation, are created at both ends of any cut created, as well as the deepest point in the cut itself. These charges can react with certain types of chemical gasses.

Masatsu Yousetsu (Friction Welding) – Every clash the blade makes with any solid surface releases the heat from it in a gaseous form. The gas is heavy, and tends to stay relatively close to the ground, never floating above 10 feet on its own. It has no effect unless it touches a spark. Upon contact, it will explode with the force of a hand grenade.

Bankai Appearance: The blade changes little here, though the vents disappear and are replaced with several grooves running down the sides of the blade running parallel to the edge. The grooves are deep, etching almost to the center of the blade from many points, though they are only two centimeters thick. They’re all smooth to the touch with rounded edges, and there are 6 of them on each side of the blade.

Isogu to Guzuguzu (Rush and Drag) – The armor allows her to dramatically modify the friction directly around her body in either direction. This can be used to speed her up (reduced friction), or to slow her and attacks around her down (increased friction). The shift over takes 5 seconds. Her armor has a different defensive potential based on the extreme she moves towards. When it's low friction, the armor acts as a deflecting source only. Attacks that wouldn't hit hard and directly could be deflected with a parry-like movement. At high friction, the armor functions normally, reducing physical damage: of opponents at less than half her level to 0, of opponents at her level or lower to 1/4 of its power, and of people above her level to 3/4 of its power.

Reiatsu Shihai (Energy Dominion) – Kido spells used in this armor are modified. Any and all binding spells (e.g. Rikujōkōrō) now come with a component of increasing friction around targets they're attached to, causing damage with any movement (so attempts to push out of them will still cause damage). Barrier spells (e.g. Enkosen) have the same ability, increasing friction around them, and therefore decreasing the power of attacks that hit them. Piercing attacks (e.g. Byakurai) have reduced friction around them, increasing speed and therefore piercing force. Abilities that have a wide area of effect (e.g. Tenran) have reduced friction in the bonds that hold them together, meaning that the range of the strike goes up (though the power of the strike is reduced).

Ganko Gukou (Obstinate Folly) – Swings of the blade release a pulling force ahead of it that extends for 3 lengths of the sword. This force grabs and pulls things along with it as it moves, including objects, kido and people. When the swing stops, whatever is within that pulling force is launched at the velocity of the swing. If someone is directly hit with the mace, the pulling force would exert, but since they're getting hit by the mace anyway, it's just doubling the force of the strike.

Rose flashes in front of Aion with tears falling from her face.

Aion's reiatsu calms for a second, then explodes into a blinding light.

Toshiro: Rangiku, Renji! After them.

Rangiku & Renji: Yes sir!

Toshiro: (collapses) Damn so much power. How is it possible?

Out of the Garganta came three figures. Their reiatsu was off the charts, especially the one who looked like a pirate. After them came several Arrancars.

Redd Krossbone: Heheh, lots of arrogant Soul Reapers to kill. I'll take that one there. *points down at Raijin*

Pantos Condos: Don't underestimate your opponent. His reiatsu is quite strong. Do not let Lord Aizen down!

Nero Lanca: I'll suck all of their souls out. Every last one of them. Don't get in my way. *Then uses Sonido, appearing in front of Renji.

Appearance and personality: White skinned, with an extremely distracted manner to him, he almost never looks at nor pays attention to the people addressing him, and only does the latter when he deems it important. He wears a white shirt with one cutoff sleeve and brown slacks. He lacks interest in much of the real world, believing that the world changes so often that it hardly matters who is there now and who is in power. He has no "friends," nor does he show care for anyone or anything except his own zanpakuto and the laboratory work on which he prides himself.

Shikai Name: Nenrei no Hon (Book of Ages)

Bankai Name: Nagai Toshitsuki no Taiyō (Compendium of Eons)

Shikai Description: The blade begins as nothing more than a small letter opener. When released, the blade transforms into a calligraphy pen, and a book appears with brown leather covers with a square symbol crossed by a wavy line scorched into it in the wielder’s other hand.

Abilities:master level kido,expert level hand-to-hand combat,master shunpo, low level swordsmanship

Shikai Ability 1: Ōgon Jidai (Golden Age) – The Golden Age in Greek mythology was a time where no law was necessary and no wars were fought. As a result, its effect is pacifistic. The wielder draws a circle on the ground around them, and anything that comes into contact with the circle will be met with one of two symbols. The first is a giant mark about two times the height of the wielder, in the shape of a Ω, which is meant to absorb light to medium strength physical. The second does the same for kido attacks, though its shape is Θ. Only one can be active at a time, but they activate automatically. This circle does not move with him.

Shikai Ability 2: Gin no Jidai (Silver Age) – The Silver Age saw a world of imperfection, one during which people did terrible things, and they were inevitably punished by Zeus. The wielder opens the book and a spiraling spire of darkness shoots out into the sky. Blades of silver rain down as lightning, striking at locations determined entirely by the wielder. A maximum of 4 bolts can be created by this, meaning that if the wielder wants more bolts to appear, at least one of the bolts has to disappear. Each bolt that strikes ground appears to disappear in a flash of light. These bolts move at speeds rivaling normal lightning.

Shikai Ability 3: Seidōki Jidai (Bronze Age) – The people of this age were said to be extremely warlike in their acts, much more ready to use weaponry. As such, the pen is a small but effective weapon. Any cut inflicted by it injects ink into the target, whereby that ink can be manipulated to cause internal damage. Due to the extremely short reach and difficulty involved in cutting, this effect is not used much.

Bankai Description: The shape on the cover of the book expands out to a scorched circle with two wavy lines passing through it, and the pages appear to emanate a bright emerald light. A thin pair of glasses appears on the face of the wielder with dark green lenses and no legs, staying on the wielder’s face as long as the bankai is active, though they can be broken.

Bankai Ability 1: Eiyū Jidai (Heroic Age) – The Heroic Age was the age of (if you couldn’t guess) heroes, mainly demigods. The wielder uses the pen to draw circular spirals on his fingertips, and a triangular spiral on the palm. Since they must hold the book, this can only be on one hand. The symbols on his fingers can stop any kido strike and disperse the energy into the air, except for concentrated amounts that are gathered around the fingertips which can be used in attacks. The symbol on the palm repels any physical strike, effectively launching stronger opponents back with the force of their own strike.

Bankai Ability 2: Tekki Jidai (Iron Age) – The people of this age lived in a time of extreme distrust and uncertainty. The wielder taps the right and left side of their glasses, and the ring of ink from the shikai climbs up their legs and down their arms, leaving an array of symbols on each limb. This allows the wielder to increase their speed by 10 times. A circular field of light expands out from the wielder as well, creating a circular zone 15 meters in diameter within which the wielder can see and sense any physical presence. This zone does not move with him.

Bankai Ability 3: Nenrei no Owari (End of Ages) – The Iron Age is said to be doomed to destruction. The wielder opens the book and plunges the pen into its pages. The book and pen both appear to melt and become one with the wielder’s hand. The entire arm becomes entirely incapacitated in that position, with all five fingers of the hand outstretched. Every two minutes, a finger clenches into the hand. The first one starts a flurry of sheets of ethereal sheets of paper, which increase in volume as each new finger descends. When the final finger descends (at 10 minutes), the sheets disappear and the opponent’s sword returns to their hand in its unreleased state. The blade shatters, and the strongest ability of that blade activates and attacks the wielder. If they should survive this, the blade then returns to normal. This can be prevented one of three ways. If the arm with this active is cut or if the wielder is knocked out, the ability is canceled. If the pen or book are destroyed or removed from the wielder’s possession before this can activate, they cannot activate it. If the ability of the opponent’s blade can do no harm (i.e. healing), this will have a positive effect for the opponent.

Appearance: A slender man with dense muscle mass, his age is belied only by his hair color and crow’s feet at the corners of his eyes, though they cannot normally be seen. A band of purple velvet covers them like a blindfold, wrapping around his head and over his ears. His eyes are no more than scarred sockets, and his ears are perpetually covered in bandages. His smile is uplifting and reassuring. He tends to have a swagger in his step. His clothing consists of a blue crushed velvet shirt and long black slacks. He wears purple sandals with leather 3 leather wraps apiece.

Shikai Name: Eclipse

Release Command: Obstruct their worlds…

Bankai Name: Eternal Eclipse

Shikai description: The initial blade is a shortsword. The sword elongates upon release to 5 feet, and appears to crack just to the right of the middle in one long crack. Metal rises up on one side, angling one side of the blade differently from the other and making 2 deviated stabbing points on the end of the blade. Sparks of blue energy fly out of the pieces of blade that cracked apart.

Shikai Ability #1: Know the Unintelligible - The air fills with dust as a representation of “Earth,” the basest element and the only element that can be perceived by all five senses. Taste acts as a defense mechanism for all animals by regulating what we ingest, mainly through recognition. Any kido spells used while this is active that are named out loud will dissipate before leaving the wielder’s hand. Unknown spells to the wielder or spells that are cast without speaking their names still work.

Shikai Ability #2: Follow the Unseen – The air fills with mist as a representation of “water,” the next higher element, which can no longer be perceived by smell. The next higher element, water, has no odor but can be seen, tasted, heard, and felt. Smell is mainly used in tracking, providing a mechanism to follow someone who cannot be seen nor heard. A mere whiff will provide the wielder with both the distance and direction of a single opponent. This can only work on one opponent, and the choice of opponent cannot be changed until that opponent is defeated.

Shikai Ability #3: Understand the Inconceivable – The air begins to spark as with flint striking steel as a representation of “fire,” which cannot be perceived by smell or taste. Sight is normally used to understand, as we often classify things by what we see. Since the wielder no longer has sight, the effect occurs on the opponent. Cuts with the blade now cause slices to appear across the opponent’s vision. Strikes that afflict the right side will adorn the right eye, and vice versa. These slices will cross the entire field of vision, regardless of the depth and length of the actual cut.

Bankai Description: The blade changes to a form that looks a lot like Hidan from Naruto’s blade with no chain attached, except that 4 blades exist instead of three, and two exist on either side of the central pole. The color stays metallic silver, and blue sparks shoot off the blades. Shikai abilities that have been previously activated remain so.

Bankai Ability #1: Dodge the Inevitable – The wind in the area becomes erratic, with different types of wind occurring over every square foot and each constantly changing. This functions as a representation of “air,” which cannot be perceived by smell, taste, or sight. Touch is another defensive mechanism, mainly used in this way through pain. We feel pain because it tells us to avoid injury. As such, the wielder gains a small zone around them. The zone is made of air that does not feel the wind, and extends out 3 inches from every bit of skin on the wielder. If that zone touched or attacked, the wielder will feel it as though it is touching his skin. The pain can be intensive, but this gives a longer time for him to react to any and all attacks. This only works against physical strikes.

Bankai Ability #2: Discern the Incoherent – The air begins to ripple as though the air is made up of multiple surfaces of water, all in different directions. This functions as a representation of “ether,” which cannot be perceived by anything except sound. Sound is used to understand speech and to thereby learn from one another. Since the wielder no longer has sound, the effect occurs on the opponent. The opponent can no longer trust the sounds entering their ears. Words are no longer comprehensible, sounds appear to be coming from much further or closer than they actually are, and the magnitude of those sounds dramatically changes. Bankai Ability #3: Exceed the Impossible – All other effects of his blade cease. It is said that the human body is made up of these 5 essential elements, and that upon death, the human body dissolves into these five elements of nature. The color appears to dissolve completely off the wielder, turning him black and white and draining him of his remaining 3 senses so that he can no longer feel, smell or taste. This means that the only way they can track their opponent is by energy signature. The colors around him swirl into flames, which cut the opponent when they cut them. The flames spread along whatever they cut as though they were normal flames, but do not leave burns and continue to cut the skin. The blades can be forced out by high energy application to the area or pulled out by sheer force. These flames automatically exist in a circle 5 yards wide which expands outward at a rate of 1 inch a second. They only exist at a height of up to 2 feet off the ground, but can be collapsed to one single point to go much higher and catch enemies in the air.

Raijin: So you are an Arrancar? I have fought one of your kind before. He was quite powerful, though I have been training since then.

Redd: Arrancar? No, I'm an Espada. The most powerful beings in Lord Aizen's army. Now die, Soul Reaper! *releases his reiatsu in a large blast*

Raijin uses shunpo, something which he picked well from the training with Renji and Rangiku, and appears right in front of the Espada.

Raijin: You don't scare me! *his Zanpakuto clashes with the Espada's scimitar Zanpakuto*

Kenshi reappears in front of Pantos.

Zanpakuto through Kenshi: I'll make you disappear. You piece of dirt you. Goodbye! Good riddance! Hasta la vista!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (swiping repeatedly at Pantos with blade gauntlet)

Redd: Redd Krossbone, Espada No.8. The one who will kill you. Cero!

The blue Cero engulfs Raijin and explodes violently. After a moment, the smoke clears, and Raijin comes into view. The Shinigami is injured, with scratches all over his body and blood dripping from his mouth.

Raijin: Damn. I guess I'll have to use my Shikai. Strike from the thunderous realms above, Ajisukita!

Above them the sky darkens somewhat and lightning bolts strike at the Espada. Redd looks up in dismay, then uses Sonido, avoiding the lightning and appearing before Raijin.

Redd: Pathetic! I thought you'd have more power than that.

Raijin: You haven't seen anything yet. Your guard is down. *Holds Ajisukita up into the air, while more lightning bolts strike at the Espada.

Redd uses Sonido once more, avoiding the lightning bolts and appears further away. Lightning bolts constantly follow him and strike where he was standing.

Raijin: Time to end this. Hiraishin ('Lightning rod') *Ajisukita glows blue and absorbs lightning energy from the lightning bolts striking down upon them.

Raijin: Haretsu! *Flash-steps and cuts Redd through the chest. When blade makes contact, it explodes, sending Raijin flying back through the air. When the smoke clears, Redd is standing there with blood pouring from several wounds.

Redd: Damn you, you arrogant Soul Reaper! Prepare to die. Cut them to ribbons, Acelerador!

Redd's reiatsu explodes and sky-rockets. Blue reiatsu aura surrounds him and his Zanpakuto grows longer, resembling a sabre.

Redd: This is my Resurreccion, Acelerador. You will die now!

Then Redd disappears and before Raijin can even move, he is already falling to the ground with a large cut down his shoulder.

Raijin: Damn... what happened???

Aion: where is she. (fires a blast of light at Pantos who's below him.)

Pantos fires a cero at Aion to no effect as Aion with anger headbutts the Espada through the blast.

Pantos: What the hell is this!?(breaking away from Aion) Resureccion!

Ajisukita: Raijin. You will die unless you take hold of the power you wield. Embrace my power!

Raijin: What is this? Where am I?

Ajisukita: This is your world, Raijin. This is where I reside inside of you. Now accept my power!

Raijin: I could just die... then I wouldn't have to get hurt anymore.

Ajisukita: I won't let you. If you die, then I die too. Zanpakuto and their masters are bound for life. Accept my powers now!

Raijin: Why... do I have to?

Ajisukita: Otherwise you will stay here for eternity... neither dead nor alive, but in limbo. And I will make your regret that decision if you don't accept my powers.

Raijin: Bastard! Fine, then lets get it over with now.

Ajisukita: Take a hold of this sword. This will transfer my powers to you temporarily. When you wake, you will feel as though you are in a different body. This power will consume you and those around you. Don't fail yourself.

Raijin takes hold of the sword and power flows through him. He closes his eyes for a moment and when wakes, the world he was in has gone and he is back to reality... standing right in front of the Espada once more.

Redd: This... reiatsu! What did you do to yourself? Answer me!!!

Raijin: I have no time to tell you. Die!

Raijin's reiatsu rises rapidly, grey in appearance it consumes everything around them, even obstructing the other fights going on in Seireitei. Then it explodes violently.

When the smoke clears, Redd is standing with a look of shock on his face. He has blood gushing from several serious injuries and is panting.

Raijin: It is over... *Raijin disappears and cuts the Espada in half with Ajisukita. Redd fades and disappears into dust.

The grey reiatsu around Raijin disappears and he falls to the ground and blacks out.

Zanpakuto: Tobiume (Flying plum tree')

Bankai: Okibibanda ('Blazing fire branches')

Abilities:

Okibibanda: Shoukyaku ('Blazing fire branches: Destroy by fire') When the branches of Okibibanda are extended and have trapped the enemy, this incantation causes the target and the branches around it to catch fire and explode.

Okibibanda: Kansei ('Blazing fire branches: Trap') This incantation traps the opponent in the branches of Okibibanda. This can be used if the opponent is at least within a 100 meter radius and can only be broken by Kido. The Kido used for this technique is highly reiatsu resistant.

Okibibanda: Shuuban ('Blazing fire branches: Final stage') If the opponent has been caught in the branches AND has survived Shoukyaku, then this attack will ignite the opponent in fire and burn them to ashes. This won't work if Shoukyaku has done extensive damage. The fire burns for five minutes and the levels of damage done are dependant on the reiatsu of the opponent.

It is similar to that Kido she used on the Arrancars, that was a combination of her Kido, with Tobiume's fireball. It is a lot larger and that Kido was only for trapping the opponents so she could use her fireball attack on all three of them.

Bankai:

1) How extensive is the explosion? After this has been done, does the tree have the ability to regenerate from the explosion, and if so, how long does it take? How long does it take for the branches to explode after the incantation is finished?

2) How fast do the branches move? You say they can't be broken except with kido, does that mean that energy-based blade abilities wouldn't work either? Can normal fire techniques burn the tree, and normal ice techniques freeze it (I understand that it's highly energy resistant, but if the attack is powerful enough, can either of these kill the tree)?

3) Is it possible to survive this, and if so, how? In general, if it's a kill-all technique, it might be a little too strong, since this essentially makes it possible for her to kill people well above her power level. I get that most of them would likely escape the tree in general, but still, it's a lot. What counts as "extensive damage"? Is there a range on this technique? Is there a necessary delay between the usage of the first two techniques and this one?

Name: Rangiku Matsumoto

Zanpakuto: Haineko ('Ash cat')

Bankai: Moukokasumi ('Fierce tiger mist')

The mist from the Bankai surrounds the opponent and traps them by utilising the idea of 'solid metal particles' in the mist, which is a manifestation of her Zanpakuto. She can cut the opponent in any way as long as they are in the mist. Her Zanpakuto's appearance doesn't change from Shikai and the blade still disappears when the Bankai is released, unless she was first in Shikai. She gains a Shihakusho with tiger stripes, which gives her an extra speed bonus (speed is doubled).

Ability: Toradoshi ('Year of the Tiger') When the opponent is trapped in the mist, this ability gives her a bonus to all stats. I.e. reiatsu is somewhat stronger, her speed is the same as her Shihakusho gives her speed bonus and her evasion and strength are also stronger. These are increased by two times.

Whiteflame,

1) The explosion is sizeable, not quite enough to kill a Seated Officer or Vice-Captain, but enough to do a fair amount of damage. In appearance it would be probably be a little smaller than a fully matured Cero of at least a Fraccion level Arrancar. The tree isn't exactly destroyed, it disappears after the explosion. Because it is a part of her Zanpakuto, the fire does no damage to it. And yes, she can use the ability again. If she has used the ability already then it has a 30 second to one minute cooldown time. The branches explode instantly unless disrupted.

2) The branches are fairly quick. Unless the opponent had master-level Sonido or shunpo, they would be easily caught in the branches. Any Kido based attacks would work, including Kido-based Zanpakuto. If the reiatsu level is extremely high (basically Captain-level or Espada level) then these would work. Also, energy based blades would only work under the same conditions (very high reiatsu).

3) It is possible to survive if you have strong reiatsu and high-level evasive skills. Also, Kido above 80's level would disrupt this ability. THis attack would not kill a Captain or an Espada unless they were weakened (reiatsu wise) or were mortally injured. Extensive damage, i.e. if the opponent was mortally wounded the attack would not work (they would simply be dropped from the branches). The technique isn't ranged, the opponent has to be caught by the branches in order for this ability to work. If Shoukyaku has been used previously, then there is a 30 second delay. If the opponent has only just been trapped in the branches, then it would be the same (30 seconds).

Rank: Espada No.10 (When released his number changes to zero)

Zanpakuto: Diabloz ('Dark Dragon')

Release Command: Burn brightly (Yakedo koukouto)

Represents: Perfection compared to imperfection

He has also has a second stage of his Resurreccion, which is called Resurreccion: Flame spirit Diabloz. In his first stage of release he resembles a dragon and can breathe fire. In the second-stage of his release, his reiatsu is multiplied greatly (around ten to fifteen) and is described as 'perfect' in this stage. His reiatsu is so great that it feels like an ocean of spiritual energy and is far greater than any of the Espada, including Ulquiorra. His reiatsu also outclasses even the Captain-Commander and the previous Captain-Commander, Genryuusai Yamamoto. In the sceond stage he can also manipulate fire, instead of just breathing it.
