Who does Booth whack in the ڈنر, کھانے (in the promo for tEitB)?

Because I Emily mentioned in an interview somewhere that Booth's distrust for his brother is exemplified in the season finale, and in the promo for The End in the Beginning, it LOOKS a bit like Jared... I was wondering if anyone might have gotten a positive identification? :P
