The Vampire Game trilogy
I was recently asked سے طرف کی a collegue what my پسندیدہ read of the سال was--I review a hell of a lot of new material every year. Matter-of-factly, I blurted out my answer without a سیکنڈ thought, "The Vampire Game سے طرف کی Les Bailey," I told him. "In fact, I loved the entire trilogy, It was extremely well written and the writing pulled me into another world away from my own. And the way I see it, that's exactly what a good novel is supposed to do!" I told him.

When I first came across Bailey's novel, he was a first-time published author. New to the world of publishing, یا so I was told سے طرف کی his agent, But after reading the piece I was skeptical. It was as if this مصنف had been writing for a hundred years.

I was carried away on every word.

His writing was passionate and meticulous in its delivery, and as I wrote in an earlier review, the book, in fact, the whole trilogy, excels in depth of character and in beautiful language.

So I was excited to hear that Facebook, the social media powerhouse, will be carrying ads to promote the trilogy and standing behind it!

We hear a lot about sexism against females, and some people think this extends to books, which it probably does. A lot of کتابیں have no females in them, یا only have weak female characters, like damsels in distress which are just there to be saved سے طرف کی males. But recently, there has been a lot of strong, resourceful new female book characters. Here are my favourite strong heroines- and two of them are from کتابیں written سے طرف کی male authors, so well done men for realising that females can be string too.

1) Kestrel Hath, from The Wind on آگ کے, آگ series سے طرف کی William Nicholson.
Most of آپ probably haven't read this series, but آپ should. Not only is it an incredible story, but it has this incredible character who for me has to be the number 1 heroine. She has everything آپ could ask for: strong, brave, relateable and loving (although she doesn't realise it). She also is admirably stubborn, strong willed, impulsive, has a fiery temper and a strong sense of what's right. She feels a relateable anger at being oppressed سے طرف کی society and is brave enough to rebel against it.

Randy with author Les Bailey (photo permission pending)
Celebrity biographer and writing coach, Randy Jernigan, was forced to منسوخ a number of professional commitments this ماہ when gout pain and blood pressure issues became so extreme, the writer had to seek medical attention.

Randy was diagnosed "years ago" as suffering with the condition that causes intense pain, usually in the feet, ankles and knees, and is experienced سے طرف کی only two percent of the American population.

Randy tells Fanpop.com, "I was in the middle of this terrible pain in my knees and ankles. Because of the condition being so severe, I had developed tumors in my legs related to the condition. It's sort of a rare thing, mostly genetic, and exceptionally painful. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, if I had one. I felt terrible having to منسوخ a commitment but sometimes آپ just have to call in sick," Randy explained.

In early June Randy shared on his Facebook page that he had suffered a minor stroke, related to his chronic gout condition.

There are so many great کتابیں published every month, some titles worth reading may get lost in the shuffle. So when I heard that my writing coach and mentor of ten years was finally releasing a book about successful freelance writing, I got excited!

It was about ten years پہلے that I decided to get serious about my desire to make a living with what I loved the most--writing. So I looked up the number of a مقبول writing group in my ہوم town, got registered and took a class. I had heard of the instructor before, even read a couple of his کتابیں and magazine articles, so I was thrilled at the prospect of what I could learn from this man. I wasn't disappointed.

This mans enthusiasm and excitement for the craft he taught, as well as his career, was contagious. He even introduced me to one of his magazine editors which was the launching pad for my new career as a published author.

مصنف and writing coach Randy Jernigan will کریں شائع "The Freelance Writers Guidebook" the Spring 2018 in both paperback and electronic editions.

Ever randomly burst into tears and not know why? Nothing sad has happened in the last 30 seconds! You're not even thinking about sad stuff! What is wrong with you?!

This has happened to me quite a few times lately. Most notably, while revisiting some پسندیدہ فلمیں from my childhood. I pulled 'em out of the shed, dusted of the thin cardboard and clamshell VHS cases, and tried to remember how to work a VCR. (Stop picturing me in a rocking chair wearing a cardigan. And get off my lawn.) During several of these فلمیں that I watched hundreds of times in the early '90s, something strange happened. My throat felt tight. I began raging a battle against my own face, fighting the sudden onset of some strange liquid trying to force its way out of my eyes. What the hell is happening?! It's the opening credits, for cryin' out loud!

Fast آگے to why this is in the کتابیں to Read spot and not the Dasm Has Issues spot. (Please do not actually create this spot.) In my quest for old stuff that reminds me of being a kid, I read Mary O'Hara's Flicka trilogy. (My Friend Flicka is fairly popular, but the اگلے two novels, Thunderhead and Green گھاس of...

Randy Jernigan and Les Bailey
مصنف and writing coach Randy Jernigan recently took to his Facebook page to boast about his پسندیدہ writer and sidekick, مصنف Les Bailey, and the final installment of his 'Vampire Game' trilogy.

"If آپ loved Les' first two کتابیں in the series, then you're going to really get into his third book," Randy exclaimed proudly in his Sunday afternoon post. "I just read the first chapter last night--what powerful writing! Every sentence was strong and kept me spellbound.Book three will absolutely knock your socks off, I have no doubt!"

A Salt Lake City native, Les Bailey actually began writing his مقبول vampire trilogy years earlier in one of Randy's creative writing courses in his Writers Studio in Utah.

In a گزشتہ interview Randy once explained to me, "I knew when I first met Les several years back in one of my creative writing classes, that he was going to write the great American novel--and he did! Even then Les was a master storyteller. I remember vividly the feelings of excitement I experienced when he read allowed from one of his class assignments. The prose within the story was downright delicious. I recognized almost immediately...

I love this book cover.
Hi everyone, I had finally read Paulo Cuelho's bestselling novel, The Alchemist and here is my review on the مقبول novel.

The Story

While reading the novel, I did not quite understand the story and it was not until the سیکنڈ half of the story that I managed to understand. It telling us to follow our dreams if a person desires for it!

The Characters

Santiago (or the Boy in this story) is a very likable character because he manage to understand what the Alchemist is telling despite being relatively young, he is my favourite character out of the novel!
The other characters like the Englishman and just to name a few are very ambiguous, if آپ ask me.

Is It Worth Reading?

Yes, I highly recommend this book for those who have not read it yet!

Last سال I put together a فہرست of کتابیں that I read coupled with my opinions on them, using my reviews from good reads. I decided to keep it going.

Avatar: The Last Airbender (Smoke and Shadow #3)

I got to read this one like way back in March thanks to tumblr lol. But I decided to wait until I actually got a physical copy to review it on here.

Any how 10/10 *was satisfied with the amount of Azula*
As always, I really enjoyed the comic as a whole, I really liked this story line. The whole fear based theme and the Kemurikage were wonderful. I'd really love to know مزید about those ladies.

Life Is But A Dream

This book wasn't exactly what I expected it to be, but it still earned 5 stars for sure. Part of the reason I adore it so much is because it really spoke to me; in some ways I could see a lot of myself in Sabrina. I could see myself in her in the way that she had her own little world that she liked to escape into; "I don't care I say to my parents I like the world in my dreams, it's a happier place here." The line "Puberty flicked a switch in side of them and dreams were replaced by...

Actor Daniel Radcliffe
I'm excited to be reporting this tid bit of book news to my Fanpop.com readers!

If آپ remember, earlier this year, I reviewed a new book titled 'The Vampire Game: Discovery' written سے طرف کی hunky first-time مصنف Les Bailey--which I absolutely adored! (I've read the book 3 times now!)

Well, I now get to رپورٹ that there is a great possibility that the novel in سوال will be developed into a major movie!

According to several movie news outlets, the unique vampire tale has generated loads of interest among some of Hollywood's most influential filmmakers--and I can see why.

As I first reported back when the book debuted, The Vampire Game is not only one of the finest tales of the undead in my حالیہ memory--it has brought me back to the vampire genre, which was growing stale for me.

And another exciting piece of news regarding a possible film, the producers want to offer the lead role to my very پسندیدہ actor in the world--Daniel Radcliffe.

“I love strong female characters and Jemiyah certainly fits into that category,” says the author. “I was interested in telling the tale of an everyday English schoolgirl with a rather amazing back story—that of warrior queen. First published solely through Kindle Books, the story hit the ground running, causing quite the stir in literary and social media circles. Fanpop.com contributor, known only as Fanmaven2015, (our boss!) had this to say about Bailey's story:

“This debut novel is not only one of the finest tales of the undead in my حالیہ memory, it has brought me back to the vampire genre which was growing stale for me, sadly. Thank you, Mr. Bailey.”

Fanmaven goes on the say, “Passionate and meticulous in its delivery, the author's prose feeds us tantalizing hints of things to come in his story. Seeing as I haven't گیا کیا پوسٹ an مضمون here yet I thought I'd type up a little something. This'll be a فہرست of کتابیں that I read and some mini reviews of them; seeing as there are a lot, I will be utilizing my reviews from 'Goodreads'. Some reviews will be cut short to keep the length down.
Some reviews will have spoilers.

Croak

First and foremost, I love Lex. She's sassy, funny, and sarcastic. She also was all head over heals for Driggs. آپ can tell she likes him, but it doesn't turn the story into some silly stupid romance novel, basically it didn't obstruct the plot. I really really loved, above all else, the interaction between Poe and Teddy and how Dr. Seuss had to cheer up Emily Dickinson. I also enjoyed the plot as a whole--the concept of teenage boys and girls having the ability to reap souls.

Chosen At Nightfall

While I really liked the other کتابیں in the series I just fell like this one was really weak which sucks because it was the last book and the last boom should be the best! One if the only good bits about it was Kylie's newest ghost (and the ghost's connection to Mario, great plot...

I love to read!
Hi guys, I would like to write down some of my favourite کتابیں that I had previously and currently reading.

The Harry Potter Series

I love Harry Potter series, because it's very intrigue and I love J.K Rowling's style of writing. She's one of the inspiration in writing! So salute to her and will read the latest Harry Potter book once it comes out.

The Chronicles of Narnia

I had always thought that this is even better than Harry Potter because it's مزید extraordinary and has مزید suspense.
However, one of the things that I was disappointed that Susan Pevensie did not شامل میں the gang in 'The Last Battle'. If she was, we would be very happy with the ending especially!

Love, Rosie/ When Rainbows End

This is highly unusual because I like how the story is told through میل ای format. I also love the Irish accent because it's sound sexy and extraordinary unusual!

P.S. I Love You
