The sox need a new manager, a new pitching coach, and I think another starter, a RF, a 3B. Who would be a good fit in all these categories?

CJ Wilson will be available but very expensive. If Lackey is kept he should be starter number 5 but he may be going to SD - the change of scenery would do him and the Sox good.
