Brulian or Brucas?
Now on to the Brulian scenes of the Brucas reunion foreshadowing. I have to tell آپ my inner Brucas پرستار girl squeed with joy when I watched their scenes. I mean don't get me wrong I love Julian and I was heartbroken for him when Brooke didn't say I love آپ back, but Brucas will always be #1 in my دل and some sweet
confession from a boy who is clearly in love with Brooke Davis is not going to change that.
2)The Brulian scene
"So then the last time آپ were in love...now I get it."
"Look I'm sorry if it's weird for you"
"Do آپ still love him?"
"No, I don't"
Woah sounds like a bummer right? She just کہا she doesn't love Lucas...yeah right! Because the words she کہا didn't make up for the pause before she کہا it, the hesitation and the tight lip smile she always hides behind. So آپ ask
yourself this question, could she honestly still love him after five years? I think the better سوال is, will she ever stop? And I think the answer to that is quiet simple...no. He is the first boy she ever loved I don't think that goes
away after 5 years. And I almost want to hit Lucas in the head for making her hide her heart.
"It sucks always being the footnote in someone's elses love story"
I have to say that line she کہا broke my heart. I'm tearing up write now writing this. I mean this is why she broke up with Lucas in the first place, because she always felt like a consolation prize اگلے to his 'precious' Peyton. It wasn't
because she didn't love him, it was that she loved him enough to let him go. The greatest act of love is sacrifice so then now ask the above سوال again. Could she still love Lucas after 5 years?

"How about I love آپ too Julian.
"How about I like آپ a lot"
Ok so I know some of آپ are probably furious with Brooke over this scene, not telling Julian she loves him too. But honestly I think some people are meant to have only one great love in their lives and I think Lucas will always be that guy for Brooke. Brooke has done a good job at hiding her feelings but will this revelation with Julian finally make her face what she has been hiding from? Could she finally truly let go of Lucas and let her دل open up to someone else? Could Julian be the guy that she truly is supposed to be with, the guy who finally helps
her get over her insecurities and doubts and just be happy without all the pain and دل ache she suffered from getting her دل broken. یا was she and will she always be destined to be in love with Lucas Scott? And will Lucas Scott always be destined to love her back?

"Yeah, but آپ can't choose who آپ love."
"..You choose whether آپ open your دل to love."
In episode 5x05 we saw Brooke tell her mom that she was ready to take her company to the اگلے level. But isn't this interesting how she کہا this after a certain boy kissed her, after she told him that in high school she started Clothes over Bros to mend her broken heart, that she focused on her work to help get over him.
She کہا it herself, Lucas Scott was the one boy she might have lost it for, but she chose the path that she did because she realized that she didn't have him to lose it for.
She started this amazing company, had all the success in the world, but the real thing she wants is love. But آپ can't choose who آپ love and maybe Brooke is finally starting to realize that all her pretty clothes can't hide the ache in her دل where Lucas used to be. That maybe the path she chose wasn't the right one. Maybe Julian has just finally opened the can of worms that will lead to Brooke realizing that she can't open her دل to Julian because it still belongs to someone else.
"..I think آپ could love me"
"the last time آپ really gave your دل to someone it got broken."
I have no doubt in my mind that Brooke "could" love Julian, emphasis on the could. He's a great guy, what girl wouldn't fall head over hills. But when you've been crushed and broken سے طرف کی the one person آپ trusted most in the world, how do آپ
come back from that?
"I don't want this to change anything."
"It want, آپ were right its my fault.
"Why don't آپ go get ready for dinner. Will pretend the last گھنٹہ never happened."
"Can we really do that?"
"Yeah, in the movie business we do it all the time. It's called a deleted scene.
If only life were that simple. If only آپ could erase all your mistakes and take back all the moments آپ regret. But unfortunately that only happens in the movies, and when آپ finally bring life to the ہاتھی that has been in the room
how do آپ pretend that it's not there? How do آپ just erase it from your mind and اقدام on from it? The جوابات simple, آپ don't. Because something like telling a girl آپ love her and then realizing she could possibly love someone else, آپ can't just slip that under a rug یا bury it. آپ can't go back and when something so incredibly life altering as that happens, can آپ even go forward..together?
The crushed look on Julian's face as she walked away begged to differ.
Julian looks up from his bag, and a picture on the fridge catches his eye. He walks over and picks up the picture of Angie, Lucas, and Brooke, a huge smile on her face.
Pictures really do speak a thousand words. Even if آپ don't say it, sometimes seeing it makes all the difference. And I think what Julian saw in that picture just made his insecurities that much stronger. He feels her slipping away so he
does the only thing that him and Brooke are the best at, he runs. Makes up some story about having to go figure out something for production.
"Well come over when your done. We can still have dessert."
"I'll probably just crash at the hotel, but I'll see آپ tomorrow. آپ look beautiful
Brooke.
Apparently آپ can't just go on like nothing happened and Brooke finally realizes that.
"Someday you'll let someone in, today's just not that day"
She sets her پرس, تھیلی down and with a sigh closes her eyes. "Someday" she says looking in the direction of the picture of the boy that she still hasn't completely let go of. Someday she will let someone in. But will that be Julian? یا
will all those longing looks, always being each other's safety nets, 'i love yous', and I'm the guy for you's, finally put her back in the arms of the one guy who has been there all along? The guy who called her his Pretty Girl and کہا she'd change the world someday. Could all the foreshadowing, all the hints, all the years that have passed really lead us to one thing: a Brucas happily ever after?
