Why do آپ think Canada isn't noticed?

Well, I need opinions, because I was just asked this question, and I have no flippin' clue. Maybe because the other countries are @$$ holes? If Arthur can see Flying Mint Bunny, he should be able to see Canada. Any suggestions? o3o

It might be because Canada is nice and peaceful....therefore not drawing too much attention to himself--I mean itself.....I'm sure if he started yelling and being rude یا stuff like that, people would notice him, but not in a good way...
