Princess Cornelia, because she's sympathetic (for a villain) and crazy awesome.

I have to go with Ursula because she was smart and manipulative when it comes to making sure what is good and what is evil.

I have to go with Gaston because he was a snob who only cared about himself not to mention he was manipulative and could not take No for an answer even though he knew that there was no way Belle was going to marry him.

I like alot of villains.
