definitely! she was by faaaaar the best billie!! just the fact that i shipped bo and billie when lisa rina played billie shows what an incredible job she did playing billie (because im a huge bo and hope fan). even when we thought hope was dead...i always remained a bo and hope fan-- i never wanted bo with anyone else, even if hope had died. but i really liked bo and billie when they were played by lisa rinna and robert kelker kelly. but peter reckell as bo should always be with hope!

Lisa was Billie! I grew up watching her as Billie on Days and she was great. I loved Billie with Bo although I will say he is better with Hope.

I liked Lisa Rinna as an actress and I thought she did a good job as Billie, she did originate the role but I found I liked Krista's portrayal better. I thought Krista was by far prettier as well.
