Umm, I'll try to tell آپ without giving too much away...yes, it's in english, there's one picture at the beginning, it's about the serial killer Beyond Birthday who was raised at Wammy's to be a backup to L, but he thought that he could be better than L, and he thought that the only way that he could is سے طرف کی creating a case that L couldn't solve. :)
