did آپ fell bad for light at the end of the عملی حکمت why یا why not?

i'm not sure if this is a repeat (sorry if it is)
i just want to know how آپ felt about light at the end of the anime.
i had mixed feelings to be honest one part of me thought he got what he deserved and another part of me was sad.
