If you’re counting down the days until the release of Demi Lovato’s new album

(it’s 22, by the way), you’re in luck. While shooting her new campaign for Skechers, Demi shot a behind-the-scenes video and talked about the brand as well as her upcoming music.

“It feels really great to support a company that I actually love and wear,” she said. “What I love about Skechers is they’re very, very comfy.”

She also dished about the new album, which comes out on October 16 saying, “The music is going to be very different because in the past, I knew who I was as a person, but I’ve never been more sure of myself as an artist. And I really channeled the direction and the vision that I had into what I wanted into this project.”

Luckily for us, Demi brought back her slicked back hair that she’s been rocking this summer for the shoot. If anything is going to get us to the gym, it’s the thought that our hair could look that sleek after a work out. It helps that all the work out gear is cute, too. If it’s good enough for Demi, it’s definitely good for us.
