I've noticed that from the beginning of Season 7, Capt. Maria LaGuerta never talks directly to Dexter at anytime, no "direct interaction" until the point she arrests him as the Bay Harber Butcher. Is that a coincidence, an oversight within the script, or was that set up purposely for crytpic reasons? Has anyone else noticed this?
