Who is the girliest of them all?
Who is the girliest of them all?
Some people debate over this but here's my opinion. سے طرف کی the way I think all the princesses are feminine, if they weren't they wouldn't be added to the lineup.

1.Tomboy/10.Girly Girl-Pocahontas
In my opinion, she's the most tomboyish. She's the only princess I'd describe as masculine. She climbs trees, she jumps off cliffs and she's very athletic. Pocahontas' playful and mischievious in a boyish way. She prefers to go off playing in the woods rather doing her people's equivalent of housework. The thing is, when Pocahontas does these tomboyish things, she's doing them سے طرف کی choice. All the rough stuff she does are done سے طرف کی her own free will which brings me to the اگلے princess.

2.Tomboy/9.Girly Girl-Mulan
Everyone says that Mulan is the tomboy of the group and I don't agree. She's not necessarily a girly girl, at all, I but don't think she's a tomboy either. Mulan's manly actions are done when, she's disguised as Ping and had no choice, otherwise she'd blow her cover. If آپ ask me, she seems to be just as uncomfortable in the armor as she is in the matchmaker dress. Mulan is a tomboy only سے طرف کی comparison to other women. To be fair during her time period what was considered feminine was alot مزید limiting.

3.Tomboy/8.Girly Girl-Rapunzel
Probably the perfect example of "girly tomboy". If آپ forget about Rapunzel's appearance, personality wise she isn't all that feminine. I think what Disney's doing with the princesses nowadays is trying to make them a good blend of tomboy and girly girl so she can appeal to everyone. We all know Rapunzel's pretty much the blend of all the princesses. So the people who want a traditional, classic, and feminine princess can be happy and so can the people who want a modern, edgy, tomboyish princess.

4.Tomboy/7.Girly Girl-Tiana
Now this one isn't so much the presence of tomboyishness but really the absence of girliness. Tiana's only a tomboy سے طرف کی comparison to Lottie. Her feminity sort of shines through her warbrobe. She doesn't seem to be that into fashion یا anything like that. Except for that at the very end, she never wears a pretty outfit on her own. They're either magically acquired یا دیا to her سے طرف کی a friend. Her outfits of choice are مزید practical یا not very dressy. Tiana was really the hardest princess to place.

5.Tomboy/6.Girly Girl-Ariel
She's definitely the least girly of the original six princesses. She's very active and athletic but still hopelessly romantic. A good example of a tomboyish girl with a girly personality. Though she clearly enjoys wearing them, she doesn't wear pretty outfits on her own. They're all دیا to her سے طرف کی Carlotta. Who's to say how she would dress if she weren't royalty. But then again Ariel is very much into her appearance, especially her hair and she's very aware of her beauty. She can hold her own against a شارک so there.

6.Tomboy/5.Girly Girl-Jasmine
I think it's odd that we just assume that all the ethnic princesses are tomboys. The only tomboyish thing about جیسمین, یاسمین is that she wears pants. She is feminine but not extremely so, like Ariel. I guess she has a very masculine personality but she doesn't really do anything to be considered a tomboy. Hell, her weapon of choice agianst Jafar is seduction, the most feminine weapon of all. There is that one scene where she jumps rooftops but for the most part, جیسمین, یاسمین is just as girly as any other princess.

7.Tomboy/4.Girly Girl-Belle
Alot of people tend to think Belle made her debut before Ariel because she's closer to the مزید feminine traditional princess. She's easily the girliest Disney Heroine within Renaissance, though Jane comes pretty close. Though one could consider her a tomboy, as she is an outcast for reading کتابیں rather than doing what is normal for women of that time. Also in comparison to other females in the film, she is rather tomboyish. Belle was also hard to place, she isn't a girly girl, she's just a bookworm.

8.Tomboy/3.Girly Girl-Cinderella
Certainly the most masculine out of the Classics Princesses, though that REALLY isn't saying much. Cinderella is just less girly when compared to the other two classics. She's quite feminine but in a very subtle way. I think that's one of the reasons why she's a پسندیدہ of many. She's a very girly girl but not so sugary sweet ot the point where it's unbearable. She is forced to live in conditons most women would have a problem where as most men would not. Cinderella is alot مزید cool and laid back than the average princess.

9.Tomboy/2.Girly Girl-Snow White
She is the very first princess so of course she has to be very girly. Snow White's dream is to marry a prince, that's considered to be a very feminine ambition. Not to mention she enjoys picking flowers in her spare time. Even her body language screams femininity. Though, I would say she is مزید like the innocent one rather than THE girly one but she still very much a girly girl. Some people would say Snow White is the most feminine but I think one princess is just alittle مزید girly.

10.Tomboy/1.Girly Girl-Aurora
Obviously, I think everybody can agree that Aurora is the most feminine princess. She is very romantic and has rather girly ambitions. All she wants is to fall in love with a prince she met in her dreams, there's nothing wrong with that. Also her appearance contributes alot to her girliness, long blond hair, گلابی lips and dainty feet. I think Aurora is the best example of a traditional princess, she's classy, sweet, kind, refined and of course very feminine.

Triton is one of those dads in Disney that absolutely makes me squirm. I don’t love him, and I don’t hate him. But I do find him extremely unnerving, and on the same plane of Mother Gothel upsetting. He clearly alternates between being “nice” only sometimes, and then being really “explosively nasty” at other periods. King Triton’s rule is a patriarchy. I think his abusive tendencies, though, stem from insecurities he has within himself. Triton is afraid of the unknown. He's also afraid of not appearing “manly” enough. ( Bizarrely, this also makes me think of Prince Adam and...

Okay so some of آپ might have read link. At the time, it seemed to me like there was a group of very intolerant users who would only be offended if I wrote such an article. (Weird, I know, since many people write this مضمون but I still didn't want the tension یا drama.) Since I wasn't sure how to write a "physically beautiful" فہرست without offending anyone, I didn't write that مضمون and wrote one that I thought had better ideals: an مجموعی طور پر attraction with looks, personality and demeanor combined. That being said, I do love the fairy tale versions of Princesses who were always the "most...

The good ol' baddies
Well, it's time for another مضمون here in Scarletland! I admit, I had this need for wanting to make another مضمون again, but I didn't know of what subject to make of. Then browsing around the Internet, the inspiration struck me: I could write about Disney villains! Genius! Because that subject isn't trite and overdone at all! (/sarcasm)

Jokes aside, I've been these last days thinking and analyzing the Disney villains مزید than usual (that is; I almost never think about them, so this was really unusual for me). Villains are essential for many of these movies, because if it weren't for them...

Pics have been added and updated!!
So here is the Part 2 to my musical countdown: Scores. I love Disney موسیقی and I honestly love the scores over the songs. They have all of the "magic Disney" feel that I absolutely adore. Also, I love how the scores can provide a blend of the different songs from it's respective films as well as stir up all of the emotions and/or memories from it's respective scene(s). For those reasons, this فہرست was much harder for me to make than Part 1: Songs, but I managed to finish! As I mentioned before, I cannot get enough from the musical team of Alan Menken and Howard...

I got inspired سے طرف کی anukriti2409's مضمون so I decided to write my own list, it was hard to do, but I narrowed it down to these 10 things, hope you'll enjoy this article

10. The Lantern Scene

This scene is imo the most beautiful 3d animated scene, especially the part where the King and Queen releases their lantern and then the rest of the kingdom follows, that part gives me goosebumps everytime. It also inspired me to release a lantern on New Year's Eve 2013

9. The Bayou Wedding Scene

This scene is the most beautiful thing from a DP Movie released after 2000, what especially makes this...

As some of آپ might be able to tell, I have been in a very musical mood lately. Along those themes, I wanted to make 2 موسیقی countdowns: 1 for Songs and 1 for Scores. I love Disney's music, especially from the team of Alan Menken & Howard Ashman. I almost never like covers of DP songs سے طرف کی Disney Pop stars so unless otherwise mentioned, all versions here are the original ones from the film. Here are my rankings for پسندیدہ songs:

Honorary Mentions:
With A Smile & A Song - Snow White & The 7 Dwarfs (So positive and uplifting plus an excellent message.) "There's no use in grumbling...

I have recently learned that the red hair is a recessive gene and will eventually die out in centuries to come. To think of it, it is very sad as I absolutely love the fiery reds. So this مضمون is inspired from this حالیہ learning and to dedicate to my favourite hairstyle among all princesses.

13. Cinderella:
I hated putting her so down, especially she being my 3rd favourite princess. I hate the length of her hair, its like neither here nor there. I'd say, being a house maid, the ٹٹو with simple tie-band suited her purpose. I actually liked her cute little braids in the morning. But when...

Okay so I have read multiple places on here that "Ariel just left her family for some guy she barely knew" and variations thereof. I coincidentally enough just watched this film within the last ماہ and remember it very freshly so I would like to contribute my opinion on this matter. First though, I would like to remind people: These Disney Princess films do not take place in a modern time and setting. Most of them take place over a 100 years پہلے and are during a time when most people were dead سے طرف کی 40 and half weren't even making it that long. To put it in perspective, the equivalent of a woman...

So yesterday I wrote about my پسندیدہ songs, today I'll write about the 10 best scenes, originally I was planning on only doing a سب, سب سے اوپر 5, but I felt that it was too little so I decided to do a سب, سب سے اوپر 10 list, like with the songs I love all the scenes in the movie so placing them wasn't so easy, but I hope you'll like this مضمون anyway

10. The Funeral Scene

This scene is so sad yet so beautifully animated and I couldn't resist putting this one on here since I lost my grandmother just a few days ago, but even before that this has been one of the most beautiful scenes in the movie aswell as...

Saw an old سوال گیا کیا پوسٹ from a سال پہلے that inspired me to write this. The سوال was about which Disney Princesses might make best friends, in pairs, based on commonalities. As I started to think about it, I found all of the commonalities to be quite interesting. So I decided to post my findings of commonalities (not go for the BFF route) just because I found it interesting what the princesses had so much in common. Hope آپ guys do too:

Snow & Aurora:
Both were royal but fled to the forest to escape their villains. Both were put under a sleeping spell. Both like to dance and initiate...
