Tonight's rewatch: Cinderella
Last time watched: 2013

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
When I was a kid I mostly had this movie on for background noise. I liked the songs and the cat and mice scenes but after the ball I would suddenly lose interest for some reason. It wasn't until I was in my late teens that I started watching this movie again and actually loving it.

How much of this movie have I forgotten:
I forgot Cinderella had little outfits put aside for the mice living in her house and that she was the one who named them and I think that is the cutest darn thing I've ever seen. And...

Sup! Some of y'all may not even know who I am and some of Y'all may remember me (I was a jerk and I want to say I'm sorry and I want to fix any relationships and try to become friends). But I'm princecatcher93 یا Linnea. It's been about a few years since I was last here and last time I was here, Moana wasn't out yet (God it has been so long) so I have an updated ranking فہرست (do people still do these?!?). I don't remember my old order but who cares! This is all personal so my reasons may seem strange to آپ but I'm a strange person.

10. Once Upon A Dream

It's so adorable, plus it's based on the ballet composition and I love classical موسیقی so it just makes sense I'd love it. Unless I'm just speaking out of ignorance, its words which aren't very meaningful. Nonetheless it's beautiful and if I had to pick a song that embodied fairytales it would be this one. Why I may seem vague, I think it's a timeless classic to be adored سے طرف کی many generations.

Anna and Elsa are currently my least پسندیدہ Disney Princesses. So let's talk about them, shall we?

Well, I have a neutral feeling about Elsa and I hate Anna, let me explain why.

I have a neutral feeling about Elsa because I feel like not only is her part in the movie annoyingly twisted (I know she's not supposed to be the antagonist, but when it comes to the end she's done just as bad as Hans has done. Frozen does a HORRIBLE job explaining to آپ about who the antagonist is. They probably think it's a cool twist but I don't think it is. Not only is it not clear about who the antagonist is,...

Today I am going to be telling آپ the original fairytales before Disney retold them. (They're not necessarily the first, original versions of the stories but they are dark ones). آپ might know most of these and that's cool, but in case آپ didn't, here they are. Please note I have done some research - I'm not just making it up.

Names are things that I find interest in, and I haven't seen many مضامین likes these, so I thought I would have a go. At the moment I'm really obsessed with Merida. She's an absolutely phenomenal character whom I can't believe I haven't always loved, but it really bothers me how almost no one sees her the way I do. Not that there aren't Merida fans, there are quite a lot, but they, as a whole, seem to like her مزید for the trope she represents; strong, a fighter, doesn't need a man, etc. whilst that couldn't be further from the reason I love her. Why I love Merida
