Rapunzel is similar to Ariel since both didn't knew anything about the world above and outside respectivly. I don't think that Rapunzel would be the same interested as Ariel was because Rapunzel is scared of doing new things.

My next choice would be Jasmine!

I think Belle would definitely be interested in human world because she likes getting to know more about things, she likes to explore and she wants more than her circumstances and people around her can offer so I can see her wanting to explore human world a lot.

I don't really think Rapunzel is similar to Ariel. While Ariel ignored her father's unfair prejudices about humans and was brave enough to find out the truth on her own, taking a risk, Rapunzel was so scared of Gothel's stories about the world and completely bought into those lies Gothel told her and for 18 years she was literally afraid to leave her tower untill Flynn accedently came around. Rapunzel was too emotionally pressured and too scared of everything new. I can see her wanting to get to know the human world at some point if she would meet or loved a human though.
