.........Ariel's seashells are used as a bra and bra is a kind of cloth so it counts. It would be like counting Tiana as a frog if people counted her only her tail as an outfit ^^

This is probably my favorite but I love them all.

Honestly, her sail dress is her hottest outfit (that can be worn in public). Ariel is so lovingly, nostalgically depicted in her sail dress scenes--particularly the two POV cuts from Eric's perspective.

By the way, her seashells is absolutely an outfit. She even wears them as an outfit in human form, although it's fortunate Scuttle gets her to change into something more appropriate.

Call me weird but this is my favourite. I just like the way it hangs on her and looks so out of place. I have a thing for weird clothes.
