Not at all, she is developed very nicely for a third main character, she has flaws, and a set personality. A super strong heroine, and although it's someone else's story, she is majorly involved and has her own scenes in the beginning. Like Eugene is the second main, and it's Rapunzel story, but he is majorly involve and has his own backstory/reasons/and alone screen time before meeting.

She is well-rounded and well developed, but she could have had some better/more development if the movie was focused on her

She is the deuteragonist. She is introduced before Genie and has a more important role. She could have been better, but she is developed.

Eh- I had a difficult time choosing, so I just went with no. She does have a well-rounded personality and whatnot, so in that sense her character is very well developed, but it does lead to some unfortunate character circumstances (I AM NOT A PRIZE TO BE WON and then doing nothing for herself most of the film)

I think her character is fine the way it is. Though I do agree with rhythmicmagic about the film's circumstances not being the best for her, I don't think her character depth suffers because of it.
