I honestly thought this round was going to be deader than the sequel villain round :P

I almost said you forgot Sadira but I never did consider her a villain because she never really acted like more. She was more like an anti-hero and a confused girl that reforms. She never tries to have Jasmine killed and even says she didn't want to hurt her and just wanted her out of the way.

Anyway, Mirage is absolutely AWESOME! She is just such a cruel and devious little b*tch and I adore her for that. I wish we learned more about her backstory with Fasir that was hinted at in the TV series. I also must say, that I think Varian is an overrated villain and I guess I'll explain it in the unpopular opinion forum.

^I didn't even know that much about Sadira, I never watched Aladdin's spinoff as much as the others :P A lot of these characters are ones that I looked up on the disney wiki and when I looked up Sadira there was stuff about her that didn't really scream villain like you said
