I don't really find the weeping angels that creepy, but the Silence just scares the shit out of me.

By far for me but the Silence are very creepy too...

Okay, I think that's all of them. The Daleks aren't scary at all, the BBC sells plush toys of them!

Silence are very, very loathsome

At less you can remember the Angles.

The thing with the silence was...they didn't usually DO anything. There was no imminent threat. Sure, they COULD zap you, but they just didn't that often. Plus, there's the fact that the angels turned out the lights. Who isn't afraid of the dark? Especially with the Vashta Nerada
