Do آپ think this is a good way for Stacey to leave?! (my idea)

She is finally gettin back on track after Ryan dumps Janine for her! While on her way to the cab with Ryan and Lily, Ryan goes back for his passport he forget but when he gets back to the square and his old flat Janine is gone and so his is passport! Ryan sets out to find Janine and his passport but while walking past the vic the cab Stacey and Lily are in run him over only to find the driver is Janine! Janine drives off with Stacey and Lily and آپ dont hear of them for a couple of years! is she dead?! is Janine dead?! Is Ryan alive? so many سوالات so much time! lol thats my theory and a good one too!
