Is it normal for a new comer in fanfiction.net to be unable to post a story right after signing in?

After signing in, I immediately pressed the کریں شائع button on the left side but it کہا that I won't be able to post a story right away because of 2 reasons: I was a new comer and some other reason... Is this normal? When can I start posting my پرستار fics.?

Have آپ accepted the guidelines? آپ have to do this every once in a while to keep posting. Just sign in, go to the کریں شائع tab, and then click rules and guidelines. Click the link on the bottom of the page and آپ should be set!

Yep. It's to prevent spam. At least, that's what it says. آپ have to wait like 48 hours. (Which sucks. >.<)
