How can آپ become a "Featured User"?

Two things must happen in کنسرٹ to be a featured user (which means being listed on the سب, سب سے اوپر page of the site, in the "Featured user" section):

1) آپ must be a پرستار of a minimum number of کلب (it's something like 12)

2) آپ must be randomly selected سے طرف کی the system when someone loads the page. That is to say, the "featured user" is randomly populated each time someone loads the page. This means both that there's no particular skill, achievement, یا accomplishment to feel if آپ find that آپ are listed as a "featured user" and that آپ will eventually see yourself listed as a featured user if آپ keep coming back to the سب, سب سے اوپر page. Note: the staff have wisely put a "fix" in to prevent the module from generating a new three featured users if the page is simply reloaded. In order to get the system to randomly select a new three users, آپ have to go to a different page, then return to the سب, سب سے اوپر page. Conceivably آپ could keep going back and forth again and again until آپ see yourself listed; I don't recommend it.
