Is there anyone else out there who CAN'T rate anything?! When I rate sth it doesn't stay. When I go back there it's still not rated... And my rating count doesn't go up either --' Anyone knows what's this all about?

When they changed the rating system, I think they changed it so that if 2 people have accounts on one browser, only one of them can rate stuff. It was to counteract cheaters and people having multiple accounts.

That is just what I heard, but I could be wrong.

It's not a good thing, but it's nice to know that I'm not the only person who can't rate things.
In my case, I'm pretty sure it's because my computer is so old and outdated, and I can't afford to have any of the problems taken care of.
There are a lot of things I can't do on mine, so I always have to make a فہرست of things to do when I get a chance to use the computers at the public library.
The thing about having مزید than one fanpop account on the same computer kind of makes sense to me, but that poses another question. Would that mean that only the first account user could rate, یا would it mean that neither could rate?
