Is it possible to disable the share button?

The little مالٹا, نارنگی share button is getting on my nerves because it always opens that little bubble when I accidentally run my ماؤس over it. That can get really frustrating when I'm rating things. So, is it possible to prevent the little bubble from appearing یا am I stuck with it?

smoore23 - My Bad. I'm looking for a global solution to this annoyance as the share button is pretty darn ubiquitous annoyance these days. Also, I had the "they" of Fanpop confused with the "they" of the share button guys/people/company/sleazeballs/whomever. I now see that Fanpop does indeed have a very helpful delay setup but I don't use Fanpop. I only ended up here through a Google تلاش for a way to disable یا delay the immediate share pop-up wherever and whenever it may appear. As yet, no such solution found, but if I find one I will come back and tell y'all.

Oblix's suggestion was a great one, but caused a few users some problems with missing buttons. To block the Share button without losing your other buttons, make sure to do the following:

1. Right click on the "Share" button.
2. Select "AdBlock Image"
3. Tick the "Custom" radio button in the window that comes up.
4. Click "Add Filter"

Your Share button will no longer be there, but the other buttons will still remain. You'll lose your other Fanpop buttons (fans/save/etc) if آپ have the latest AdBlock and neglect steps 3 & 4.

If آپ have an older version of AdBlock, then آپ can simply follow Oblix's directions and everything should work fine. (Although آپ should probably update your AdBlock ;))

If your other buttons are disappearing, it's because آپ either set a wildcard in your filter یا your AdBlock automatically set a wildcard. This works just fine as long as آپ make sure you're ONLY filtering out the "Share" image. Make sure your filter ends with "share.gif" and not with ANYTHING else.

Well they fixed the problem a while back: instead of immediately popping up with that menu, now it is delayed.
