Why wont fanpop change the banner on my spot??

Ok Im really getting mad... I have asked fanpop to change the banner on my spot like 20 times and Im sick of it! I have gave them لنکس of the banner,forum and pick سوالات to change the banner!! شائقین are mad coz the banner has not been changed what else can i do... This has been going on for nearly a سال which is ridiculous!! Im pissed off at fanpop!!!!
