The Fanwhore: Have آپ ever been added سے طرف کی someone, and then when آپ went to their پروفائل to possibly add them back, saw only posts with things like "Thanks for the add!" as far as the eye could see? Congrats, you've just met a Fanwhore. This person is pretty much just obsessed with getting fans. They can spend hours adding people, and will usually add back anyone who adds them. They tend to have obscenely large numbers of fans, and to get them obscenely fast. Can go ballistic if they haven't gained at least five new شائقین in the last hour.
Also, some Fanwhores tend to reform after a while, and stop obsessively adding people, but it isn't very common.
Note: Not everyone who has a large number of شائقین is a Fanwhore, some people are just good fanpoppers and just happen to be well liked and get added سے طرف کی a lot of people. یا they might be reformed Fanwhores.
Classification: Mostly harmless. Avoid if they haven't gained any new شائقین in the last twenty-four hours, as that is likely to lead to meltdowns. Much less annoying than many other types of fans. Just be sure not to mention anything about "Quantity is better than quality" in their vicinity.


The Unsatisfied Fan:As guessable from the name, this پرستار is never happy. They get a medal? They complain because they don't think it's high enough. They get added سے طرف کی someone? Why didn't they get مزید adds? And so on. This person is quick to point out anything they are unhappy with, and nitpicks glitches, making sure to always "help" سے طرف کی posting them, usually with ALL ایوارڈز TITLES to the Fanpop Spot. They see an ad they don't like pop up? Expect whining. They notice that there's a teeny error on the homepage? Expect a series of screencaps detailing the error. Funnily enough though, while they may spend almost every Fanpopping moment complaining, it's not as though they ever make any suggestions on how to make things better. These people also tend to complain about their real life issues as well. These people also seem to have aversions to advice and constructive criticism, as every time آپ try and offer some sound advice like, "You know, the F4 do all they can for Fanpop, and maybe it would help if people appreciated that instead of complaining about every little glitch..", they tend to flip out, deny their unsatisfaction, complain even more, chew آپ out, یا ignore you.
Classification: Somewhat harmless, مزید obnoxious than dangerous. Tend to spam when unhappy with something, which is a lot. Easiest to just avoid. Chew them out at your own risk, as they'll likely go ballistic, act like you're an insensitive, cold-hearted jerk, and log off in a huff. یا just go spam somewhere else.

Rant, Rant, Rant Your Boat...

Lately, the crediting debate has been raging like a teenagers hormones around our little world of Fanpop. Some of us have strong opinions. Others of us don't give a crapsicle about crediting. So, I thought I would have a big long rant about the topic, satisfying my own need to yell my opinions at people while procrastinating starting an incredibly boring یونیورسٹی assignment.
