If I 100% remember the source. Other times I just mention facebook, instagram etc. site, but I tend to write that in keywords :D

Plus I usually take it off of google and pinterest usually which arent the original people anyways

If I take it from an original artist or something I do, but I rarely do that if at all.

Not usually because I normally work with screencaps and assume everyone knows I screencaped and am not actually claiming any ownership of the material.
But if I find it online I do add the source.

I'll list the source of an image I upload as an image, but sometimes I find them in places like tumblr so I'm not certain if the account which has posted it there is the original one. I don't give a source when I add images to articles or polls.

In whatever form it's available, even if it's just the link to the page where I found the content.
It's just respectful.

If it's like a promotional image that's been splashed all over the internet, then no. But if it's fanart, then yes. Often I have to put the link because the "image source" feature is all but pointless.

Depends on how I'm using it. If it's an image I'm uploading to the images section then yes. If I'm adding it to a poll or an article, then no - in that case it's either an image which I've found from that club (or a related club) or it's an image I've already uploaded previously.
