Wage Gap

pandawinx I like it. ;) Its not only the unfair pay, it's the bias when selecting promotions too. I work part-time inbetween college, but my boss is so corrupt it makes me sick. Not only does he admittedly refuse to promote women, but also immigrants (well...he doesn't even like to SERVE immigrants), the jewish or transvestites. Seriously, Im not joking. The actual criteria is litterally based around weight, colour, orientation and gender. He says "We have to have representatives people can relate too." Therefore a straight, skinny white guy? It's just messed up. :P
