Is says who's stronger... not who rocks. Ozai is defiantly the strongest fire bender and the Uncle, she isn't that strong shes ok.

Tough question but if Azula was sane she would most likely win because of her blue fire and she has the ability to come up with plans and strategies quickly.
It would be a good battle though =)

It's hard to say, we never see their bending compared. Ozai is suppose to be the strongest firebender in the world. You basicly have to know all four elements to have a chance against him. Ozai can bend lightning much faster, too.

Azula is VERY powerful, but I'm just not sure.
If they got into a battle, Ozai will have less mercy. Azula wouldn't want to fight him, or at least will hesitate considering he is her father (and the only parent figure she really has). Ozai threw away Zuko, and tossed Azula aside. I don't think he would have a problem finishing her off if she no longer was usefull.

Blue fire doesn’t mean she is a better fire bender. Iroh doesn’t firebend blue flames and he is a much more skilled bender than Azula. Ozai would definitely beat her. I would say the strongest firebenders are first Iroh, second Ozai.
