Plz help me.....

Like about five months پہلے i was playing free realms.Then the اگلے دن i typed in my نام کا صارف and ورڈ پاس and i couldn't get in.And were it کہا 'remember me' the check wasn't there.I know that my character is still there because i created a new character and i searched my other character.Plz help me!My first character had 300,000 coins,a life time membership and a lot مزید awesome things!
