I'm not 100% sure, but I think Yoona and Seohyun haven't done it. Taeyeon is also most likely natural. Yuri only did eyelid surgery, Sooyoung changed her jaw, and Sunny got a nose job and did something to her eyes. Hyoyeon, Tiffany, and Jessica had a ton of work done.
I think all 8 has surgery because if آپ compare them to the older تصاویر and video آپ can see things change in times...its not that big changes but آپ can see what has done on the girls...and the one who doesnt got surgery is the youngest one, Seohyun has exacly same face since she was a child...and i think shes the kind of person that doesnt want change things on her look :)

Actually . What i feel is snsd never do a plastic surgery . They can change سے طرف کی doing an exercise , diet and growing older. آپ try to look ur pic when your aged was 10 or12 im sure thats super diff . Like me i also hav a lots of diff . All my دوستوں thought that i do a plastic surgery but i didnt do . It was just because im growing older and my looked change :) . For me i always do an exercise and diet . Maybe bcause of that i became مزید diff . And guess what my skin tone bcome مزید whiter than bfore. Last time my skin مزید darker . The color was like a coffee . Lol . But its true .
