I am pretty sure, from what I understood, Santana is in NO relationship, though Sam wasn't there at all, so no official break-up. But I think her liking girls will keep her away from Sam.... I think? So, I think her and Sam = NO. Brittney and Her = What She Wants (So, I am still confused)
