It is hard to tell. Artie doesn't care about being in the center of attention, but he is well-acquainted with pretty much everybody. He seems to really value being a team player (Goodbye, Guilty Pleasures) and he is also quite open (that penis line in Wheels, for example), although he doesn't seem to share much. Artie seems to be a good balance between introversion and extroversion, but since he seems to feel that company is a good remedy for pain (seen with Tina, Becky, Brittany, Quinn etc.)
